Now Available: Multi-Slot Capacity for Group Bookings

We are excited to introduce multi-slot capacity in Reserve Rabbit. You can now let more than one customer book the same service at the same date and time, while keeping every appointment organized in one place.

Make Group Bookings Simple

Whether you run fitness classes, workshops, group tours, lessons, or any service that welcomes several customers at once, you can set the number of available spots for each service. Reserve Rabbit will then allow bookings until that capacity is reached.

Customers can see when spaces are still available as they choose a time, so they can book with confidence. Once a time slot is full, it is no longer offered for that service. This helps prevent overbooking without adding extra work to your day.

As customers pick a time, each slot shows exactly how many spots are left, so a group session fills up gracefully instead of being overbooked.

Stay in Control of Your Schedule

Your dashboard and calendar now make it easy to see how many bookings a group session has received and how many spots remain. Private appointments continue to work exactly as before: simply leave the service capacity set to one.

Group sessions appear on your calendar with their live occupancy, so you can see at a glance how full each one is.

Open any group session to review everyone who has booked and manage each reservation on its own, without losing track of the shared time slot.

Select a group session to see each customer and edit, charge, or cancel their booking individually.

You can use a different capacity for every main service, giving you the flexibility to offer both one-to-one appointments and group sessions from the same booking store.

How to Get Started

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Services.
2. Create a new service or edit an existing main service.
3. Under Booking capacity, enter the number of customers who can book the same time slot.
4. Save your service and test a booking from your storefront.

Set "Bookings per time slot" on any main service to turn it into a group session; leave it at 1 to keep a private, one-to-one appointment.

Each reservation uses one spot. For example, setting a capacity of 10 lets ten customers reserve the same service time before it becomes full.
